Join friends on Saturday, October 12, 2024, for the Save the Manatee 5K event at Blue Jacket Park, 2501 General Rees Ave, Orlando 32814. The run/walk will begin at 7:30 am.

Together meetup on a scenic 3.1-mile route around Blue Jacket Park (adjacent to Baldwin Park) in Orlando. Participants will register and receive their race packet, including a shirt, bib, and medal, in the mail prior to the event and will need to bring the packet to the meetup.

Can’t make it on October 12? You can still sign up for the virtual option to complete the event on your own time from anywhere doing an activity of your choice.

Save the Manatee Club will have a tent and table set up as well as their big inflatable manatee, “Hope.” Discover lots of fun educational items, a donation draw, and the chance to adopt a real living manatee. All proceeds from this event will go towards manatee conservation efforts. This is not a timed event, but a fun meetup that is family-friendly and open to everyone!
