Arlene Guffin, Founder of Ain’t Yo Mama’s Baked Beans, took a leap of faith in 2021 and retired from her day job to bring her popular baked beans to our community. She shares, “I never thought in all my days that putting a variety of beans together with flavor and love for church events would one day be sold to a community of bean lovers.” Beans have protein and eating them regularly have many benefits.

Her baked beans have unique flavors (vegan with no meat added). “Sweet & Spicy Original Hot” and “Sweet & Spicy Mild” are the most popular. Currently, the best way to get them is on Saturdays at the Winter Garden Farmers Market (8a-1p) and at her kiosk in Mount Dora.
