Alpha Mates

Peggy Marra is a wildlife artist living in Sapphire, North Carolina. As a self-taught artist, she has been drawing and painting for as long as she can remember.  She has combined her love of art with a passion for all things wild to create her work. Focusing on the eyes or “soul” of the animal, Peggy strives to convey his personality thereby giving people a chance to really relate to him. Bears, wolves, elephants, elk—anything wild is a subject for this artist.
