Last year Arlene Muffin, Chef and Creator of Ain’t Yo Mama’s Baked Beans, took a leap of faith and retired from her day job to bring her popular baked beans to our community. She shares, “I never thought in all my days that putting a variety of beans together with flavor and love for church events would one day be sold to a community of bean lovers.” Beans have protein and eating them regularly have many benefits. Her baked beans have unique flavors (with no meat added). “Sweet & Spicy Original Hot” and “Sweet & Spicy Mild” are the most popular.

Currently, they are now offered at six Chamberlin’s Natural Food locations (excluding Kissimmee). And, she has expanded to four weekly farmers markets (Lake Eola/Dwtn Orlando, Winter Garden, Lake Mary & Windermere) where she offers unique flavors which sometimes include fresh peaches or mangos.
