The 16th annual Central Florida Earth Day is organized by Vegetarians of Central Florida and intended to inspire appreciation for our environment and its inhabitants. CFED is the largest Earth Day event in Central Florida. There will be other Earth Week activities leading up to the festival. CFED will feature presentations including speakers, presentations, food preparation demonstrations, kids activities, environmental education, humane education, animal haven, artist corner, live music and entertainment, restaurant booths, 50+ eco-friendly vendors, and much more! Admission is free.

The message of the 7th annual “It’s Just Yoga” is: Yoga for Everyone, Yoga for You. “It’s Just Yoga” festival is for yogis of all experience levels, ages, shapes, and sizes. The festival also features the “It’s Just Yoga” Marketplace. The Marketplace is a free to the public show where attendees can interact, sample, and explore the latest trends in health, wellness, and fitness products. Classes include beginners’ yoga, yoga for balance, yoga for children, breath & sweat flow, aerial yoga, meditation, and a community yoga class. All classes are donation based and benefit New Hope for Kids.
